PA CF combines the high strength of carbon fiber with the toughness of a PA matrix to create a high-performance composite material. This material has a strength-to-weight ratio 5-9 times that of steel, enabling unmanned vehicles to withstand higher loads without structural deformation.

In aviation applications, PA CF materials exhibit an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, reducing drone vibration, improving flight stability, and enhancing the accuracy of onboard sensors. Their resistance to extreme weather, chemicals, UV rays, and high temperatures ensures the long-term reliability of unmanned vehicles in various environmental conditions.
